Mouse Leukemia Inhibitory Factor
Mouse recombinant Leukemia Inhibitory Factor or simply "LIF" is a protein which boosts regeneration and continous supply of the embryo stem cells. It is done by stopping the impulsive distinction. LIF takes part in large amount of biological processes, the same as neuronal development and durability, hemapoietic cell expansion, administrate of stem cell pluripotency, bone and fat metabolism and boosting vivo's megakaryocyte formation. Human LIF and Mouse LIF yield nearly 80% sequence homology. What is interesting is that Human LIF can stimulate mouse cells, but Mouse LIF can't stimulate human cells.
